- When a character receives healing apart from Hunter's Vigil, it is replaced by an equivalent amount of Bond of Life.
After the character to which this is attached uses a Normal Attack: The Physical DMG dealt is converted to Electro DMG, and said character gains 2 stacks of Bond of Life.
